Sit down for this revelation, dear readers; when Ubisoft said "other next-gen consoles," it meant Xbox One. The publisher confirmed both Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Watch Dogs are coming to Microsoft's newly revealed system as well as PlayStation 4 today.
The two open world games will join at least four other Ubisoft titles on Xbox One within the system's first year.
“The next generation of consoles will reinvigorate our industry and make it possible for us to deliver incredible new entertainment to gamers,” Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said in a release. “Our teams are using the innovations in connectivity, immersion and social gaming included in Xbox One to create original and memorable next-gen gaming experiences.”
