New Joe Danger videos are hilarious and hardcore

There are a lot of reasons we love upcoming PSN racer/platformer/stunt-em-up Joe Danger (check yesterday's preview if you want the full run-down), but the main three are that it's cleverly creative, blackly funny and downright fiendishly tricky when it wants to be.

These two new gameplay videos show off all three of those elements with extreme prejudice. First up, watch Director Sean Murray's sweary exasperation as he uses the game's awesome toy box-style level editor to inflict a fiendishly bastard-hard level upon himself and then try to complete it. Then, experience even more sweary exasperation as he tries to nail a breakneck Coin Dash event on one of Joe's harder levels.

He had to have failed so many times on that Coin Dash map before he actually did that final run.

Total rip of Trials HD just with a comical twist... looks like it could be fun but the bar has already been set extremely high.

This looks like that Trials game except more fun instead of just level memorizing, plus the level creation adds a whole other level (pun?) to it!

The release date is TBC, but from what I hear it's coming pretty soon. I'll keep you posted as I get more concrete details. And yeah, my mod was great. Could have done with proper aviators, but given that it was from the demo, not far off at all. And he had a bit of a Gordon Freeman thing going on, and that's always a good thing.

Any idea when this is getting released David? BTW What did you think of your Mod?
