Sony has revealed just how its long running Formula One series will look now that it's powered by PlayStation 3 - and how PSP can work as a wing mirror during races - with these new Formula One 06 screenshots and a movie.
From the image below - and the others accessible by clicking the images tab above - the most obvious difference is the quality of the graphics, which are now far more photo realistic than they were on PS2. And with progressive dirt and damage on the cars and full surround sound, the experience will be far more enhanced.

Gamers will also be able to use their PSP in a unique way when playing Formula One 06 as, once connected to PS3, the handheld will work as a wing mirror displaying what's happening on the road behind the driver. The game will have all the official drivers, cars, circuits, rules and teams including the debutants to the competition Scuderia Toro Rosso, Super Aguri F1 Team and Midland F1.
