There are questions that just have to be asked: Can Superman outrun The Flash? Is Jar Jar Binks really that annoying? Who would win in a fight between the three movie Spider-Men? Thankfully, thanks to Tom Holland, we (kinda) have the answer to that third one. (The other answers are no and yes, in case you were wondering).
In an interview in the latest issue of ShortList magazine, Tom Holland, the latest Spidey to don the webs, was asked whether he could beat Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s webheads in a three-way scrap. If nothing else, the boy has confidence, confidently stating, “Me. Absolutely. Hands down.”
Aside from that, Tom Holland rates the Spider-Man costume a “solid three [out of ten]” for comfort and says, ironically, that “Spider-Man” is the hardest thing for the British actor to say in an American accent. Being Peter Parker isn’t a walk in Central Park, clearly.
Tom Holland’s Spidey certainly handled himself well in Captain America: Civil War but are those web wings any match for Tobey Maguire’s smooth moves? Or would Andrew Garfield shock the Spidey-verse and snatch a victory? Vote in our poll and sound off in the comments!
Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, and Donald Glover, Spider-Man: Homecoming will hit theaters on July 7, 2017.

I'm the Senior Entertainment Writer here at GamesRadar+, focusing on news, features, and interviews with some of the biggest names in film and TV. On-site, you'll find me marveling at Marvel and providing analysis and room temperature takes on the newest films, Star Wars and, of course, anime. Outside of GR, I love getting lost in a good 100-hour JRPG, Warzone, and kicking back on the (virtual) field with Football Manager. My work has also been featured in OPM, FourFourTwo, and Game Revolution.
