Nega-Scott: Beat the game with all four characters to unlock Nega-Scott
Unlock Mr. Chou: Sometimes after a stage, you'll see Mr Chou on a random level, go to that stage and you'll fight him. Beat him to unlock him.

Easier Way To Raise Level Of All Characters
Enter in the boss rush with anyone. Save at least $600(the boring part).
Now enter in story mode with another char without money as 1p, and the char with money as 2p.
In the 1st stage, get in the video store. Make the 2p lend all the money to 1p. Buy 10 Seven Shaolin Masters and all the Alone and Disturbed you can.
Finish the stage to save. Now if you enter in story mode you will realize that the char with money is still rich.
Repeat the procedure for the others.

Secret Shop
In the first level after the shopping district near the underground car tunnel, there will be a star on the wall. When you approach, a hidden doorway will open, this shop has some of the best items in the game.

Mobile's Secret House
Level 6
In level 6, after you get the key and fight a few of the wolverines, you'll see a little house in the background with a path leading to it. Keep walking along the top of the screen and you'll eventually enter a secret path. Mobile has a good food list and a special training manual (for $57.50) that unlocks a special move.
