The Ratchet & Clank PS4 remake gets release date & new trailer
What is it they say about Lombaxes and night buses? You wait years and then two of them come along at once? Well, ok, no one's ever said that about the big-eared Lombaxes but on April 20th this year we'll be treated to a double dose of Ratchet & Clank as both the PS4 remake of the original and the major motion picture come out on the same day across Europe.
According to a post from Insomniac on the PlayStation Blog, the new game will "tell a new version of the origin story many of you will remember. It features modern Ratchet & Clank controls, new planets, new and improved gameplay, all-new boss fights, new flight sequences and much, much more." Check out the new box art below.
The game tells the story from Captain Quark's point of view so things will be sightly different from the original but the old gang will be back in force. The below trailer is almost ridiculously pretty and I can't wait to dive back in.
