Walk to the far end of the corridor, where a window will fall and smash in front of you.
Note some new writing has appeared on the wall here.
If you look up at this point you should also see a ghostly figure on the balcony.

The next corridor is lit red at the end, where you'll find blood coming from a fridge hanging above.

The corridor is redder now and the fridge swings violently.
Find 'HELLO!' written on the wall by the telephone.
Keep looking away then back at the text to make letters disappear until just 'O!' remains.
