Helicopter tours
When you want to relax and see the sights, there are few better options than a helicopter tour. Simply find a helicopter on one of the many helipads throughout the city and take to the skies. Aside from being a cool way to get around (and an impressive feat for a PSP game, one Liberty City Stories was unable to manage), the choppers allow you to get around to all points of Vice City quickly, and provide a unique bird's-eye view of all the new places you can check out.
