Generation Gallery Competition

DVDs are all well and good for displaying around the house, but you can’t hang the case for Piranha 3D on the wall and expect visitors to be impressed. That’s why we’re doing something a little special this month and giving one lucky reader the chance to win a limited edition piece of Star Wars art, courtesy of the fine folk at Generation Gallery.

Generation Gallery is an award winning gallery in Manchester, they work with Hollywood studios to exhibit and retail their ranges of animation and film related art. From actual, hand-painted production cells from classic Simpsons episodes to some of the original Mickey Mouse sketches from the 1930’s, the gallery has spent the last eight years bringing over the best in animation and film art to the UK. Past exhibitions include the Marvel fine art collection and the Star Trek art collection to celebrate Trek’s recent 45 th birthday, for a superhero weekend they flew Paul Dini ( Lost , Batman The Animated Series and Superman ) over to the UK. Future exhibitions include a tribute to Hanna-Barbera in November, all their exhibitions are free to attend and their opening night parties are legendary, just sign up on the website or visit www.facebook.com/generationpop .

To celebrate their recent Star Wars art event which featured the officially licensed art collection from Lucasfilm and can be seen at www.generationgallery.com , we’re giving away “Headhunter” a fine art Giclee print by American artist Greg Peltz. Limited to only 125 in the world, and with certification from Lucasfilm, it can be yours by answering the following simple question .
