The Battening Down quest in Arc Raiders is best completed in the wrong order, so don't repeat my mistake
There are three objectives at the seawall, oil pipe, and hotel to find, so here's where they all are
Battening Down in Arc Raiders has you looking for locations to photograph cracks at the seawall, sample the shoreline near the hotel, and fix a leaking oil pipe. That doesn't sound hard, but with Riven Tides being a large, open map - especially on the coast - there's a lot of flat land to search for what you need. I've managed to find it all, so if you want to know exactly where to go, I've got all the information and maps you need below.
I've listed all the steps here in the order they appear for the quest, but my advice is to start with either the oil pipe or the hotel beach. The three objectives form a line and if you start with the first option to photograph the seawall you'll be in the middle of the three and have to travel twice as far to do it all. If you pick the pipe or the beach first, then you can get through it in one clean go. That should also save you some time to go after the Safe Harbour mission which takes place at the hotel. Or use the Arc Raiders Dockmaster's Detector while you're on the beach if it's the Beachcombing map condition.
However you tackle this be ready to fight a lot of Wasps, Hornets, and Fireflies, as the beach is very open, with little cover, so you'll be exposed. If you have a photoelectric cloak, it's a great time to use it (even wit the nerf). Otherwise, keep your head on a swivel and fight from a distance so you don't get flanked close up. It will at least count towards the kills you need for the Shoring Up Defenses quest.
Where to photograph the cracks in the seawall in Arc Raiders
There's a lot of seawall to check if you want to photograph the cracks, so head straight to the location on the map above to save time. Strangely, considering the massively visible holes and breaches all along the wall, the cracks you actually need to find of are barely visible on an otherwise intact stretch.
Just find the area on the map and you should see a prompt to take a picture when you get close enough - just look for some faint surface level cracks. Grab the picture and move on.
Sample the Shoreline near the hotel beach in Arc Raiders
In longstanding Arc tradition, the objective to sample the Shoreline near the hotel beach is actually miles away from the hotel, so don't go there. Instead, get to the location on the map above and head out to sea until you find some seaweed piles.
Head to one of the seaweed patches to make a prompt appear, which will let you sample it and tick this objective off.

Fix the leaking oil pipe in the northeast in Arc Raiders
The objective to fix the leaking oil pipe in the northeast is probably Batten Down's most annoying job because the entire area is flat, open, and full of pipes in all shapes and sizes. To avoid running to potentially a lot of random pipe, head to the area marked on the map above and find these half buried pipes to save time.
When you find the right bit of the correct pipes, as shown above, a prompt will appear letting you fix the leak and tick this task off.
