Is Meccha Chameleon available on formats other than PC?
No, at the time of writing Meccha Chameleon is only available on PC, so you currently cannot play it on any other formats including Mac, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or mobile. Be wary if you see it available on any other format, as fake versions have already started appearing on various storefronts which are scams and will take your money without giving you the appropriate gameplay experience.
Will Meccha Chameleon release on other formats in the future?
While it's not out of the question, there have been no plans announced so far to bring Meccha Chameleon to any other formats. The game itself was created by just two indie developers, so there isn't a big studio behind it who could get to work on porting it to different devices, and they may not even have the technical resources required to develop it for other formats. The painting element of the game relies heavily on mouse control, so it may also be difficult to accurately transfer that to consoles or mobile.
One potential positive is that the multiplayer connectivity for Meccha Chameleon is built on Epic Games' Epic Online Services, which offers online services "on any combination of stores and platforms" and should mean that if the game does get ported to other formats then the online component is taken care of, perhaps even offering cross-platform connectivity between versions.
