To redeem Mongil Star Dive codes, you first need to hit the icon in the top-right corner of your screen to bring up the main menu. We've highlighted two important icons in this menu – the Mail icon where you can collect your rewards, and the Settings icon where you can actually enter the redemption codes – though you can't access your Mail until you've made some progress in the To The 'Monster Tamers' quest. Hit the Settings icon to move on to the next step.
Within the Settings menu, select the Other icon along the top bar and then scroll down the options to the Customer Support section, where you'll find a Redemption Code button at the bottom that will let you redeem your coupon codes. However, on certain formats such as iOS this button isn't available, so you'll need to use the website instead. This requires your unique Player ID that we've highlighted above, which is 32 characters long so we suggest you copy and paste it somewhere you can easily access it.
Now visit the Netmarble Mongil Star Dive redemption site, where you can enter your Player ID in the Enter Member code box and your promo in the Enter Coupon code box. Bear in mind that your Member code has to be re-entered after every code redemption, so ensure that you have it somewhere else to easily copy and paste it in. With that done, hit the Use button to claim your rewards, which will be delivered via your in-game mail.
If you have the game open while claiming redemption codes through the website, you may need to open your mail to trigger the delivery, back out of your inbox, and then open your mail again to receive the rewards.

- No expired codes
As the game has recently launched, there are no expired Mongil Star Dive codes to report at present. This is unlikely to last for too long, so make sure you've claimed the active redemption codes while they're still available.
