Crytek blows the lid off Crysis sequel in official announcement video

Tired of looping last week's Crysis 3 teaser trailer? Prepare to lose another hour or so of productivity, because Crytek has released its full Crysis 3 announcement video and it definitely requires repeat viewings:

Forged from Crytek's CryEngine 3, the Prophet's next outing looks primed to win some beauty awards when it invades PS3, Xbox 360, and PC systems in 2013. As for the main man himself, the Prophet appears to be in fine fighting shape, despite the fact Crysis 3 is set in 2147; a whole 20 years after the events of Crysis 2, during which time Bio-domes have been erected in Earth's major cities to protect humanity against the Ceth.
