The bowl-haired Rock Lee is fairly unique among the Naruto elite - he can't use chakra powers the same way everyone else can, but through sheer force of will he's been able to increase his strength and speed to amazing levels. Lee is in constant awe of his sensei, Gai, and just happens to look exactly like him. Gai even stops by during one of Lee's techniques to lend a hand.
