Going into this battle, you’ll definitely want to have a Black Mage in the party ready to bring the thunder (don’t forget to buy the Thunder black magic scroll back in Caldis before this encounter). The Sky Archers aren’t shy about sticking anyone in range with poison arrows so it’s best to dispatch them first and to do so as fast as possible. Physical attacks are useless against them as Heinkel will fling himself in front of them like a meat shield at the first sign of a raised fist.

It’s best to cast thunder on the enemy party as a whole, dealing damage to all three, whilst directing melee attacks at Heinkel. Once the grunts are gone, zap Heinkel with thunder magic and mercilessly slap him around until you are victorious.
