Okamiden guilt-tripping begins with this interview

E3 2010 wrapped up exactly one week ago, but we're still charging through our video backlog in order to get all the content up before the week is out. Today's offering: a quick chat about Capcom's Okamiden, the spiritual successor (not sequel!) to Okami, GamesRadar's go-to sob story for games that deserved a better financial fate.

The DS version is nearly upon us, so would you mind if we showed you this video and then ask you to buy Okamiden when it comes out? And to forgive me for any potentially awkward camera presence? Is that so much to ask?

I can honestly say that I'm one of the few people that paid full price for Okami on the PS2 about a week after it came out, and played it ALL THE WAY through. Aw yeah. Btw, anyone else find this guy being interviewed reminiscent of Seth Rogen?

@DAbWolf: You don't need a Wii for Okami. Just get it on the PS2. It's a better version in my opinion. WAGGLE FREE! I cannot wait to play this game. It's going to be amazing reCaptcha: growl about (is that how the brits complain?)

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to get this game, I loved Okami on the PS2 though I wish there was a true sequal to it, I was pissed that it didn't go on when it finished.

The only question I have, will it be just current Capcom people making it, or did they get input from the former Clover/Platinum people? I'd like to feel secure that a spin-off like this is in good hands, and doesn't turn out like an Imagine Babyz or Petz thing. reCAPTCHA: bloomer Fresh ... because it's a baby Okami?

All this Zelda talk has been making me remember how great Okami is, and wish there were another one coming, hopefully with more freshness than new Zeldas usually come with. Can't wait for this one!

I really loved Okami when I played it on the Wii so I honestly am pretty excited for this! Great interview too.
