Two new viral videos for The Amazing Spider-Man: watch now

T he Amazing Spider-Man has released two more viral videos, as Dr. Curt Connors updates us on the progress of his latest experiments involving reptile DNA.

Having already examined the effects of splicing animal DNA with that of a lizard, he begins to speculate as to what might happen if human DNA were introduced into the mix. “Hypothetically speaking,†he reassures us...

However, from the looks of those twitches and tics and his generally sickly pallor, we’d say that Dr. Connors has skipped the hypothetical stage and dived straight into human testing. This can only end badly, can’t it?

Check out the new videos, below...

Given that we already know where Dr. Connors fate lies, these short films do seem a teensy bit redundant, although that being said, they do help create anticipation for the film without giving anything too spoilery away.

The Amazing Spider-Man
opens in the UK on 4 July 2012. All hail the summer of spandex!
