In case you were wondering about the implications of the title, Sony president Tom Rothman said that it refers to Spidey coming home to Marvel in addition to the high school event that Peter Parker will go through. Makes sense.

What's less clear is whether or not the Vulture will be making an appearance in the film. Birth Movies Death certainly seems to think so, although they don't know if he will be the central antagonist or just a baddie Spidey will encounter at the start of the movie. Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, and Zendaya, Spider-Man: Homecoming will swing into cinemas on July 7, 2017.
