Silent Hill resin statues bring the creeps home for Christmas

Shopping for a hard-to-please Silent Hill fan this holiday? You could do a lot worse than these highly-detailed and creepy-cool Silent Hill resin statues. But then, you could also do a lot cheaper...

Crafted by the artists at Trims Japan, both the Pyramid Head and Valtiel figures are inspired by Silent Hill 3. They are also listed asKonami Style exclusives (opens in new tab), which means that unless you have an inside source in Japan, you're going to have to get creative with your overseas web purchasing.

While the life-like designs are unsettling unto themselves, it's the prices thatwill keep mostcollectors upat night. The 32cm Pyramid Head is listed at a base price of 25,200 yen ($299 USD), with the 30cm Valtiel at 23,100 yen ($275) - inflated shipping and handling fees not included.

Expensive? Sure, but the quality and rarity help justify the cost. If you have the extra coin, these could be the perfect gifts for the distinguished collector who's used toexplaining the key differences between kids toys and adult figurines to their loved ones every damn visit.
