Nintendo details new NintendoLand Wii U collection

In a title that is being likened to a "theme park," Nintendo announced today that they'll be bringing NintendoLand to the Wii U. Similar to Wii Sports, NintendoLand is to be something of a mini-game compilation that will display the qualities of the Wii U system.

It was also revealed that the game is being developed by Katsuya Eguchi, the relatively unheralded designer of Animal Crossing and Wii Sports.

Nintendo has announced that five of the twelve titles in the final game will be playable on the show floor, so we look forward to bringing you more detailed impressions as the show goes on. Stay tuned for more on NintendoLand.
