A load of puzzles
Turning the tables, we also have online tasters of games that are already out. There's no better way of selling simple puzzle concepts than giving a free try, as demonstrated by so-Tetris-it-hurtsTrioncube, tile-flipperPolarium, the sadly bee-lessHoneycomb Beatand muncher of our souls,Zoo Keeper.

Phoenix Wright 4
Jumping the gun a bit, as we're still desperately awaiting Phoenix Wright 3, this demo shows that all the classic elements are in place for 4. Although starring a new hero, Apollo Justice, this is still the same old Wright setup. As a text-heavy game, the demo is unfortunately pretty much unplayable. But, some mad Wright-heads have beentranslating it. No objections here. Get ithere.

Chicken Shoot
We would say it was originally a web-based flash game, but this would imply that the game has evolved in some way: this is the web based flash game, now with a ludicrous price tag attached. Blast chickens, shoot the scenery for "hilarious" interactive moments and feel ever so slightly dirty as the on-screen farmer ogles all the chicken corpses. Brrr. Avoid it on theinternet.

Ultimate Duck Hunting
Securing the Wii's place as the premium home of bird murder, Ultimate Duck Hunting is based on the PC game of the same name. Wandering around backwater US locales, faking duck mating calls, feeding those mallards silly enough to appear for a tasty diet of shotgun pellets. Visually and morally mucky, this demo should negate any duck-killing desires in time to boycott the crummy looking game.Get it.

N
"Play as a ninja trapped in a world of well-meaning, inadvertently homicidal robots." Come on. If that doesn't sell Metanet's ace floaty-physics-ninja-playground, we don't know what will. Propelling your bandy ninja across the map with the power of run-ups and witnessing hilariously cruel deaths is exhilarating stuff. Atari will have to work pretty hard to screw up the DS translation, out soon.Give it a try.
