Echo - Heather Lau, Part 1

Once you pick up the Missing Person side mission for Heather Lau, the destination will be marked on your map.

The echo is in Chelsea Park.

Head through the gates and go around to the left.

The echo is at the end of the path. You'll find the echoes for the rest of this side mission in Pennsylvania Plaza.
