Ride A Car

In the church where you have to give back the suitcase that you stole, the dirty cops ambush you. On hard mode, you die fairly quickly. Best plan is to crouch and hide behind the alter while summoning Kamikaze and Gunners and throwing out black holes. Keep low and you can pop up to fire off some rounds as long as you don't stay up to long.
