Even though we're still a few weeks out from release, it's a good idea to work out where to buy Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes now. That's because sets for the card game are notoriously hard to come by in the run-up to, during, and even after launch. Having a few go-tos in your back pocket isn't a bad shout as a result.

No matter what, just bear in mind that finding cards at a 'normal' price is incredibly, fiendishly difficult; it doesn't happen often, and chances are, you'll have to make do with inflated costs. The trick is knowing how to save as much as possible, and a few of the retailers included here typically do a good job of keeping prices down.

Where to buy Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes in the US

While Ascended Heroes stock has yet to appear, I suspect Miniature Market will be the place to beat - it traditionally provides the best offers on cards, and they're more reasonably priced than the competition.

Although Walmart does have stock for Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes, it's wildly overpriced. I'd avoid it unless you have no other choice.

Miniature Market

It seems as though most Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes stock is sold out for now, but this reliable indie retailer often drops cards in drips and drabs. With that in mind, I'm hopefully that the likes of the Booster Box become available soon. It's not out of the question that previous items will come back either, as I've seen that happen before.

Target

I've yet to see any Ascended Heroes pre-orders at Target, so revisit it every now and then to check on progress. It has to turn up eventually!

TCGPlayer

You can get cards from TCGPlayer, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it unless there's a specific one you're tracking down. These listings are traditionally more expensive than you'll find elsewhere, so it's more a backup than anything else.

eBay

Much like TCGPlayer, the listings on eBay are made by average folk or indie stores. With that in mind, prices can be wildly overinflated. I'm loathe to suggest it as an option, but I wouldn't be doing due diligence if I didn't tell you it was a possibility.

Naturally, Ascended Heroes stock ran out almost instantly at the source - this always happens. However, it's strange that the store didn't stock everything from the range. Maybe another drop is due to follow?

As per usual with Pokemon TCG pre-orders in the UK, it's quiet right now. I've only found listings at a couple of stores, and those all seem to be sold out. With that in mind, keep checking the retailers below; they could get pre-orders in at any moment.

I know it's a "well, duh" suggestion, but Pokemon TCG stock does tend to be better at Amazon UK than anywhere else. Just expect whatever comes to be overpriced when it does eventually arrive (which it hasn't yet, boo).

When is Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes releasing?

There isn't a singular launch day for this third expansion to the Mega Evolution range; it's been split. While the Tech Sticker Collection packs are due to arrive in stores on January 30, 2026, the Mini Tins and Elite Trainer Box won't land until February 20, 2026. This is followed by the Poster Collections and Deluxe Pin Collection on March 20, 2026. Finally, the Booster Bundle and a trio of Mega Evolution ex boxes will become available on April 24, 2026.

Why is Pokemon TCG Ascended Heroes so hard to buy?

It's no secret that the Pokemon TCG is incredibly hard to find in stores, and that's for a couple of reasons. One: demand. A lot of people want to get their hands on these cards, so they sell like hotcakes. Two: resellers. These unscrupulous individuals typically buy up as many products as possible to resell at an absurd markup. Don't encourage them, and be sure not to buy from them.
