Some humans and infected throughout the game will grant you an upgrade if you consume them. They are marked by a yellow or blue arm icon on your map. If you miss one of these upgrades or kill the host before consuming them, don’t worry; they will respawn at another random location.
Note that all upgrades are not available right away. Continue with the story, and you’ll find more and more throughout the city. While it is possible for humans to have upgrades, it seems more common for Brawlers to carry them. As such, if you’re hunting for upgrades late in the game, check the red zone or bases in the Yellow and Green Zones where Blackwatch keeps Brawlers inside cages.

Hijack Be Nimble

Stealth hijacked 5 tanks or APCs
Just make sure to either find a base void of foot soldiers (or stealth kill them all) and hijack a nearby vehicle when no one is watching. Alternatively, assume the disguise of a driver and hijack it that way. Just make sure they are stationary vehicles.
I Caught a Big One!

Mounted a helicopter using Whipfist
The Whipfist ability isn’t acquired until Mission 20: Last Resort. As soon as you get it, though, you can use it immediately on any of the nearby helicopters. When on the ground, equip the Whipfist, target a helicopter with the left trigger, and press B/Circle (not the attack button). Heller will grapple up to the chopper and you’ll earn the achievement/trophy.
