Looper blew our minds when it was released in the UK, and the film is preparing for its French release with a retro-cool international poster.
Fitting really, given the movie deals with the noggin-scratching concept of time travel, but it wears the pulpy illustration style well.
Flaunting the film’s key selling points, the poster emphasises Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis’ younger and older Joe, flanking them with Emily Blunt’s shotgun-toting Sara, future cars, time machines and strippers.
And the stylised creases finish off the whole thing superbly.

For anyone who’s yet to see Looper , it concerns hitman Joe (Gordon-Levitt), who has a lucrative line in assassinating targets sent back in time from the future.
His cushy life gets disrupted when his older self (Willis) is popped in the time machine, and he’s forced to ‘close his loop.’
Looper is in UK cinemas now, and it opens in France on 31 October 2012.
