The Lake-town Armoury
Minikit #1 (Free Play)
From the start of the level, move to the southern end of the dock. Use Saruman to bust up the Mithril crane here, then build the loose pieces into a fishing jetty. Use Bilbo's fishing skills to reel in a minikit.
Minikit #2 (Free Play)
Now go to the opposite end of the dock. Shoot the target using an archer character to release a boat. Use this to jump to a second dock, where you'll find another minikit.
Minikit #3 (Free Play)
There are four test dummies in the armoury: two on the left side of the room, and two behind the magic gate. Bust them all up (use a wizard to reach the second pair) for a minikit.
Minikit #4 (Free Play)
This is behind the same magic gate, just waiting to be picked up.
Kili Is Sick!
Minikit #5 (Story Mode)
There are five of these crab cages in the area: one on the boat and four on the dock. Smash all five for a minikit.
Minikit #6 (Story Mode)
After opening the middle gate with the crank, move to the left of the barn to find a minikit.
Minikit #7 (Free Play)
In the middle of the dock is an object made of magic blocks. Blast this with a wizard character for another minikit.
Defending Esgaroth
Minikit #8 (Free Play)
On the first platform, use a small character to enter the dwarf shaft. There's a minikit on the other side.
Minikit #9 (Free Play)
After sliding down the roof, look for a net on the left. Scale it with a Goblin to reach another minikit.
Minikit #10 (Free Play)
At the end of the next dock, you can spot a small boat in the water. Use a slingshot character to shoot the target on the sail until the boat sinks--you'll receive a final minikit when it does.
