Four days since they won the Premier League title, the Leicester City fairytale continues with the news that the club has five players in FIFA 16 Ultimate Team’s Premier League Team Of The Season.
Defenders Wes Morgan and Christian Fuchs, midfielders Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante, and striker Jamie Vardy all make the first eleven, while a sixth member of the Foxes, Danny Drinkwater, features on the bench.
As of right now all can be drawn from Ultimate Team packs on special blue cards, with significant attribute boosts. Morgan leaps to an 84/100 overall rating, Fuchs to 74, Kante to 88, and – as we reported yesterday – Mahrez and Vardy to 93 and 91 respectively.
Rounding out the ‘TOTS’ are Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland (86); Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin (86) and midfielder Mesut Ozil (94); West Ham playmaker Dimitri Payet (90); and Spurs pair Toby Alderweireld (88) and Harry Kane (93).
Teams of the season for Benelux and the English Football League have also been created, and can be viewed and analysed on the official EA Sports website. Intriguingly, champions Burnley only have two players – Ben Mee and Andre Gray – in the latter first XI, compared to three for runners-up Middlesbrough. (Adam Clayton, George Friend, and Daniel Ayala.)
In total, 15 TOTS sets will be released over the course of the summer.
FIFA 16 is out now on PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

I'm GamesRadar's sports editor, and obsessed with NFL, WWE, MLB, AEW, and occasionally things that don't have a three-letter acronym – such as Chvrches, Bill Bryson, and Streets Of Rage 4. (All the Streets Of Rage games, actually.) Even after three decades I still have a soft spot for Euro Boss on the Amstrad CPC 464+.
