Deus Ex: Human Revolution pre-order DLC out for PC and Xbox 360

Square Enix has made the Deus Ex: Human Revolution pre-order bonuses available to all PC and Xbox 360 players. Now for sale on Steam and the Xbox Live Marketplace, the Explosive Mission Pack and Tactical Enhancement Pack offer new weapons, free money, a bonus mission, and a few things that go boom.

The Explosive Mission Pack is geared for players who don't mind making a little noise. The add-on include a bonus mission starring a familiar Chinese tech expert from the original Deus Ex, as well as a grenade launcher, remote-detonated explosives, and disposable insta-hack devices. It retails for $2.99, or 240 Microsoft Points.

The Tactical Enhancement Pack is not so much 'tactical' as it is really, really handy. It features a silenced sniper rifle, 10,000 extra in-game credits and a double-barreled hunting shotgun for $1.99, or 160 Microsoft Points.

Unfortunately for North American owners, the packs have been delayed until mid-October. That's also when Square Enix plans to release developer Eidos Montreal's first significant piece of story DLC, Missing Link, which was recently previewed in detail in this new walkthrough video.
