Storyline Encounter – Templar Asterisk
After you break out of jail, follow the storyline quest markers to confront the Templar Braev Lee.
Boss | HP | Weakness | Item Stolen | Item Dropped |
Braev | 35,000 x 3 | Dark | Claymore | Elixir |
This battle lulls you into a false sense of security so be forewarned that you have to defeat Braev a total of three times, and therefore his true HP is triple of that above. Templars have the added bonus of a BP limit of four as opposed to three and he’ll make the most of that to mete out a serious whooping on a single party member at a time.
As a predominantly defensive class, the Templar also has an ability called Default Guard that reduces the damage received during Default by 75%, so between slowly chipping away at his HP and feverishly healing your party members, this battle may prove to be a bit of a slog.
