 Lord's Watch 

When you touchdown in the Plaguelands, you'll spawn in at Lord's Watch.

Look over to the right of the spawn point and you'll see a hut.

As you make your way towards it, the marker will pop up. Go on inside.

Providing you came through the door rather than squeezing yourself through the window, the medallion will be on the shelves to your left.
