The Golden Globes have announced the list of nominees ahead of January’s awards ceremony, with 12 Years A Slave and American Hustle currently leading the way with seven nominations apiece.
12 Years A Slave remains the favourite to land the award for Best Motion Picture – Drama, one category in which it won’t be going up against David O. Russell’s more comedic film.
The awards usually serve as a decent indicator ahead of the Oscars, although there are usually a few surprises along the way. That said, 12 Years A Slave is still looking a lock to us...
