Tekken enters the danger zone in new Ace Combat: Assault Horizon DLC

Jin and Kazuya are leaving on a jet plane in new download content

Released less than a month ago, you may have already forgotten about the jet-fighting awesomeness that was Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, but Namco hasn’t. They’ve had a steady stream of downloadable jets released post-launch, but this upcoming DLC pack is for fans of both fighters and fighter jets. Coming November 15 is a set of planes featuring Tekken stars Jin and Kazuya.

As Tekken fans, we think the paint jobs are pretty boss, what with the flames and the father/son combo of Jin and Kazuya. However, we barely know anything about planes, so we’ll let Namco Bandai’s press release detail those:

“The successor to the Su-27, the Su-35 Flanker-E is a master aircraft that boasts menacing turning performance.  A "Flanker" series aircraft possessing top class air battle fighting ability and equipped with an independent, two-dimensional thrust deflection nozzle. The NATO codename for it is "Flanker-E." This aircraft can handle battles not only over short distances, but long distances as well.”

It goes on sale November 15 and will run you 400 MS Points or $4.99 on PSN. If you haven’t played this entry in the Ace Combat series yet, you should know we thought pretty highly of it, giving it a 9/10.
