    Just thought i'd point out that "ma'am" (as in the female version of sir) when pronounced with an english accent (such as Jorge's from Halo: Reach) could be mistaken for the american "mom". It does sound completely different mind you, and it's very unusual to confuse the two. Jorge actually refers to Halsey as "ma'am" in Reach. Not mom, they say mum in most countries outside of america. So, yeah, it didn't expect you to know anything. (at least not during that scene).
