My word, Nintendo's gotten classy

Shares

There’s nothing offensive about Mario, Link and Kirby, per say… But you can’t argue that work overalls, filthy tunics and plain ‘ol nudity won’t win you many invites to charity balls or cocktail parties. So, way back in TalkRadar 105, we asked our readers to “class up” Nintendo’s stable of cuddly heroes for a complete reintroduction into polite society for a chance to win this kickass t-shirt:

Above: Bullet William, in all his cotton glory!

The results? Splendid, old boy!

Articles like these are great for everyone to be showcased in the main page, especially to ones that don't go into the forums. Plus it's nice to have just the actual submissions in a stream lined post .

I'm still wary as to wether Pimp WeeGee counts as "dapper" thought, seeing as their jobs can get a little..."seedy". Still liking Yoshi Poodle though!

Wow. I think that was a nice touch using a shiny Mr. Mime for "Sir Mime the Third". Also: SIXTEENTH!!!11!!1! (sarcastic, if I think I'm being obvious and I'm not.)
