Metro: Last Light live-action trailer shows how the world ends

If this Metro: Last Light trailer is any indication then the end of the world will be preceded by lots of people yelling at each other in Russian. Which is scientifically proven to be much cooler than English.

Despite being a bit of a bummer (mothers seeing their children for the last time always bring down our happy disposition) this trailer is fantastic, and we'd love to see THQ put out a couple more of these as we lead up to the release date which is currently scheduled for Q1 2013.

    That was one of the best trailers. Really put a tangible feeling on the end of the world, instead of solely showing the aftermath. I am... beyond excited. Definitely gonna replay Metro 2033.

    Friggin great trailer! Fictitious, digital nuclear holocaust kicks ass! Also, the sound production in the trailer is superb. Props to the sound people.

    I am so fucking stoked! The first game didn't get NEARLY enough attention for how awesome it was. I can't believe the release date is only next year!

    The first game was actually really good if you chose not to use stealth and I can't wait for the second. Definitely up there with my most anticipated games of 2013 along with bioshock

    the first Metro was a vastly under ratted game. hopefully this one will get more love.
