If the name didn’t tip you off, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition is a difficult game. You’re going to die. A lot. Even with our help. On the bright side, at least with our extremely thorough walkthrough you’ll know exactly where you should be whilst doing all of that dying. So hopefully that brings you some comfort.
This walkthrough, with videos for every boss, covers the entirety of Dark Souls including all of the additional content in the Prepare to Die Edition. The order you see below is what we found to be the best path through the game. Since this is an open-world environment, you’re free to branch out as you like, choosing the more difficult paths as you see fit. However, we highly recommend you complete the game in the order we’ve outlined. All possible optional sections (marked 'OP') are included.
We’ve even created lengthy FAQ and Achievement guide sections, with useful knowledge such as the best places to farm for stuff, how to join every covenant, and where to find weapons, miracles, sorcery spells, and pyromancy spells. So good luck - and praise the sun!
