How to find all 11 Hoysala Tokens and the Queen's Ruby

Towards the edge of this large flooded area you'll find an elephant carved out of rock.

Just in front of it (to your right when facing it head on) is a hole in the ground, and you'll start to tread water while over it.

Dive down into it and you can swim to an underground cavern.
