Rumors that sprouted from rating leaks seldom lead to disappointment. Not too long ago, theKorean Rating Board revealed to usthe existence of Limbo for the PS3. Now, less than a month later, we have confirmation of its impending releasefrom developer Playdead’s CEO and Co-foundervia the PlayStation Blog. This games-as-art argument will soon be available to more players than ever.
Limbo’s release last year through Xbox Live’s annual Summer of Arcade program saw massive acclaim, andwe awarded it our highest score. The dark platformer instantly became a bestseller on the Live Arcade and has received numerous awards since. Having been announced for PC recently, the title is now set to hit the PSN store on July 19. Haven’t enjoyed thisindie gem yet?
