Far Cry 3 map editor video shows features of DIY island building tool

A new Far Cry 3 video demonstrates some of the functions players will have at their disposal when using the in-game map editor. Users of the island building tool will be able to create their own maps using a variety of items, and have control over weather and time of day. A new single-player map editor will also be included. Maps can be shared and downloaded, effectively providing a wealth of new community content for free.

Far Cry 3 releases for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 on 30 November/4 December in the UK and US respectively.
