Warning! You should only don these Darksiders II avatar items if your friends are the sort who'll be able to gaze upon your dread visage without quaking in their (possibly virtual) boots. Or if your XBLA avatar is a friendly-looking little sprite with a smile ever-ready – which is to say, almost all of them. So, they'll probably just make you look cute-scary – like a cat in a Halloween mask, or a monkey with a knife, or Peter Dinklage in Game of Thrones, or this cartoon.
If your XBLA avatar is more the sort to don a bitchin' airbrushed Death t-shirt (and we pity the poor schmuck who isn't), THQ is so eager for Darksiders II to get Facebook-famous that it's giving away clothing in exchange for Likes. With the slightest click of a mouse, your XBLA avatar need go naked no more. Of course, you yourself are free to continue browsing the Xbox Live Marketplace as free and proud as the day you were born (as long as you keep it to yourself).
Recent developments saw Darksiders II delayed until August, giving you something to look forward to over summer. If you're willing to wait a little longer for Darksiders II, Vigil Games confirms Wii U ports of the game will be available at the console's launch and feature extra abilities. Here's our most recent Darksiders II preview.
