Annoying though it may have been, there's no denying that The Walking Dead has gotten plenty of mileage out of the mystery of which character Negan will kill in the season 7 premiere. All 11 potential victims are featured in the new key art AMC have debuted ahead of their Comic-Con panel (and season 7 trailer) next week, and you can check it out below...

While I'm confident that the actual murder itself will be sufficiently heartbreaking, it's what comes next that really intrigues me. The impact of Negan's act is sure to leave a lasting impact on Rick and co, so here's hoping the fallout makes for compelling viewing. 

Season 7 of The Walking Dead will debut on AMC in October 2016.
