6. Uwe Boll
Yes, Uwe Boll. Not his career as a director of schlocky game-to-movie adaptations, not one of his films, but the man himself. We'll let him explain in his own words, which we've taken out of context because we're horrible bastards:
"We had so much backlash before (BloodRayne) came out - on IMDB, the movie was already rated by 800 people with 0 or 1 points, before they'd even seen it. And this really pissed me off - everything that 'Boll' was doing must be bad." - The Guardian , Feb. 24, 2007
"I think I made a perfect House of the Dead movie, because it really shows how the game is. It's a lot of fun, it's over-the-top action." -Eurogamer , Feb. 15, 2006

"They were better than actors. We looked for local Romanian actresses, but there they are all from the theater and act very broadly. For 150 euros apiece, the whores would be naked and do as they were told. It was better." -Ain't It Cool News, Oct. 24, 2005
