Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP and soundtrack are on sale today

Today, the phenomenally innovative, unusually ambient, and often just wonderful Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP is on sale for iOS. The sale is in honor of the autumnal equinox and knocks the iPad version down to $1.99 (usually $4.99) and the iPhone version to $0.99 (usually $2.99). The game has been out for six months (since the vernal equinox), but if you aren't sure about it you can read our review— we recommend it for anyone with a sense of adventure, taste for indie gaming, or fascination with the moon.

Along with the game, composer Jim Guthrie's soundtrack album is on a "pay what you can" basis today instead of the usual $7.99. The vinyl edition is sold out, but there's still plenty of internet left for you to download the digital edition. The soundtrack is available from bandcamp, and you can get the iPad versionor iPhone version of the game from the previous links or by searching for Superbrothers: S&S EP in the app store on your iOS device.
