Gran Turismo 4/Gran Turismo Mobile
You get a lot of cars for your pennies in Gran Turismo, so it seems a little ungrateful to pick out GT4 for oversteering past its 'late 2003' PS2 release by a little over a year (though we're still smarting over that delay failing to save the online multiplayer). But then there's the matter of the port to PSP, Gran Turismo Mobile; announced at the PSP launch to appear in 2005, it hasn't been seen since. It's due this year. Maybe.
