Complete Shadow of the Tomb Raider document, mural, relic, map, and backpack locations guide

Murals

Inti

In open water, south-east of the dock here.

Wayta, The Tyrant

Inside the crypt, in the second room. Use Instinct if it’s a bit dark, and it’ll light up for you.

Suppay

Crawl under the tree truck by the gardener lady here, and the mural is there in plain sight.

Temple of Life

Second room of the mined temple entrance, over the line of fire. Be careful not to tread on it unless you want singed toes.

God of Suicides

Inside the chamber past the dates puzzle, this is on the right-hand wall as you enter. That’s in the same room as the base camp, just to the south of it, if you’re coming back later.

Pachamama

After you get back from the temple, Pachamama is here, to the north of the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins base camp if you’re coming back later.

Coniraya

Once you discover the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins basecamp, head west to find this mural.

Crumbling

Jump across to the temple where the Trial of the Eagle takes place, and go round its base to the right.

Golden Days

Immediately after completing the Trial of the Eagle, or reaching the top again later, you’ll see this mural ahead of you.

Howling Caves

It’s in the same room that you face four wolves in the Kuwaq Yaku Challenge Tomb.

Votan

Immediately south of the Petroleum Deposit base camp, you’ll find this next to the glinting survival cache.

Urcuchillay

This is due east of the Hunting Grounds base camp. You can’t miss it..

Temple of Death

Inside the main temple in Kuwaq Yaku, this is straight ahead of the entrance.

Relics

Promotional Toy

Climb into the trees south of the monolith (start at the screenshot here) and jump across the branches to a small platform, then more branches before making a zipline to reach the second platform that holds the relic.

Cone Mold

Underwater near the end of the dock at this location on the map. It’s not hidden behind anything, so just dive down and retrieve it.

Tumi Knife

In the Crypt worksite, which you access through the tunnel by the Kuwaq Yaku Monolith, go as far as you can until you come to where the survivors are waiting. Head in through the door with the blue metal beside it using your ice pick. The relic is on the desk.

Inti Statuette

You’ll need the lockpick for this, as it’s in a treasure chest. This is in the large, water-filled area with the submerged ruins and lots of piranhas. Head for the south-west wall and you’ll see the chest through the decorative window if you use Instinct. Just swim around it to the left, up over the top, down through the hole in the floor and to the chest.

Copal

This is in the treasure chest that’s found in Kuwaq Yaku’s south-east area, where you need to jump into the water from the shanty town area. There’s an opening in the rocks you can swim in, blocked by a small barrier that your pick can deal with, but take a deep breath before you go, because it’s quite a long way there and back. Don’t forget you’ll need the lockpick.

Burial Doll Replica

Inside the oil company hut, on a table near the end of the room. Find the hut here.

Archivist Maps

1. Down in the mined entrance to the Kuwaq Yaku temple, near the back of the first room. You’ll need to come from the other end if you’re revisiting later.

2. Craft a molotov cocktail to enter the crypt, then turn left to find the map. Don’t worry, a huge prompt explains how to make a molotov and it leaves the materials lying around too, so you’re all set.

Explorer Backpacks

1. Across from the Rope Ascender barrier (to the left as you enter the area) as you go into the challenge tomb a little way North-West of the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins base camp. Turn left when facing the door and it’s on the floor by the wall.

2. South of the docks is a base camp called ‘Jungle Cliffs’ and the backpack is just south-west of the fire.
