YouTube user Obiwan222222 just doesn't give up. Four years ago, he posted a video showing himself controlling his Wii through his PSP. The only problem was the six second lag that made the hack useless. He cut down the lag a bit for his Wii on iPhone video, but it still wasn't perfect.
He seems to have gotten things fixed this time around. The video below shows Obiwan222222 playing a bit of Mario Kart on his PSP Go using a few custom firmware hacks, the Dolphin Wii emulator on a PC, and a wireless network. Theoretically, this workaround would allow remote playofPC emulated Wii gamesfrom anywhere in the world, but we doubt the most internet connections will be fast enough to handle the load.
