Overwhelmed by festive spirit, I just thought I'd say a big "thank you" to everyone who read SFX this year. You make the magazine what it is - whether you subscribe or just buy the odd copy, write into our Post Apocalypse pages or post on our forum, browse the website or enter the competitions: SFX is a community. Thanks for being a part of it.
2008 seems to have flown past extremely quickly. The SFX team are all off on our festive hols now, and although we have a few things ready to go live on the site over the next week or so, we're unlikely to keep it updated thoroughly until 5 January 2009. Remember to come on the forum after tomorrow's Doctor Who special and let everybody know what you think. Personally, I'm suffering from that blasted flu that seems to be so fashionable this season, but I hope you stay well and have a great time. I trust you get all the sci-fi presents you want. (If you get some presents you don't want, remember you can always sell them through our Reader Ads column .)
Like I said, I just wanted to offer a big thank you to all our SFX readers - stay tuned in 2009 for some really cool developments both in the mag and on the website.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year from me and all the SFX team,
Dave
PS. Why not track Father Christmas's progress around the world with NORAD?
