A series of behind the scenes images from the set of The Wolf Of Wall Street has been released, showing off Leonardo DiCaprio in a suitably dapper suit.
The film's based on the memoir of Jordan Belfort, a hedonistic stockbroker indicted in 1998 for fraud and money laundering.
DiCaprio plays Belfort, whom he met with often in preparation for the film.
“I wanted a close relationship with him so that I could weave intimate details into the movie,” the actor tells Vulture , “things that weren’t in the book. I was kind of the middleman between him and Marty [ Scorsese ]."
From the look of these images, DiCaprio and his director have managed to create something visually gorgeous. Of course, after having seen the trailer , we know we're going to be in for one heck of a ride...

The Wolf Of Wall Street opens in the UK on 17 January 2014.
