Curious about how to get your hands on the Disney Plus upgrade with Hulu and ESPN? It's a fair question. Despite being amongst the best Disney Plus bundles overall, it can be confusing. If you already own one of the three streaming services, do you need to cancel it and start again? Should you delete your account, or will you need to phone someone? Don't panic: it's easy, and I'm here to take you through the process.

- Disney Plus, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited (ads): $29.99 per month
- Disney Plus (no ads), Hulu (no ads), ESPN Unlimited: $38.99 per month
What if I already have Disney Plus?
If you already have Disney Plus and want to get the Hulu/ESPN Select bundle added to your membership, it's not too tricky. Here's how based on your current subscription:
- Monthly: Got an existing monthly subscription? All you need to do is sign in as normal on the Disney Plus website, click on your profile, go to 'Account/Settings,' then click 'Manage Plan.' Then you select the appropriate option you want, be it with ads or without. Simple! It'll then charge you the appropriate amount from then onwards.
- Annual: For those who have an annual plan, go to the Disney Plus website, go your account, and then hit 'Manage Plan.' You can then select whatever you want, and you'll get prorated billing credit for any unused value left from your annual plan. This is taken off the cost of your new monthly bundle until it runs out.
- Via third party: Unfortunately, you can't upgrade if you have Disney Plus via a third party offer (as a freebie with an internet provider, say). You'll have to do it via Disney, Hulu, or ESPN itself, and you'll be billed for both the bundle and your separate Disney Plus sub - but the cost of the bundle is reduced by however much you're paying for your Disney Plus membership, so it all works out in the end.
What if I already have Hulu?
Got an existing Hulu subscription? No worries. Upgrading to the bundle is straightforward. Here's how:
- Monthly/annual: Head over to the Hulu website, go to your account, click 'Manage Plans,' and pick one of three options (the bundle mentioned above, Hulu and Disney Plus by themselves, or a Hulu sub with Disney Plus). All you need to do is click on the slider tab of the bundle you want, then Review Changes at the bottom of your screen. Just be aware that you'll pay for both separately, but the cost of Hulu will be taken from the bundle. In other words, you'll be paying the correct amount without any hassle on your part.
What if I already have ESPN?
Already own an ESPN account? It's easy to add that Disney Plus upgrade. Here's how to do it, step by step:
- Monthly: The only thing you need to do is go to your account at ESPN, select 'Your Plan' and choose 'Change.' You then choose whatever you need, and your bill will be changed automatically.
- Annual: Head on over to ESPN, choose your account, and select 'Your Plan.' Then hit 'Change' and select whatever membership you want. The remaining value of your annual sub will then be used on your new monthly membership until it runs out, at which point you'll pay monthly as per normal.
Can I just get ESPN?
Absolutely! If you'd rather get ESPN Select or Unlimited by itself, that's possible as well. All you need to do is follow the link here and scroll down until you see the membership comparison table. You can then pick from the dropdown whether you want ESPN Select (the cheaper option) or Unlimited.
